Welcome to the Fowler de Pledge home page.
Fowler de Pledge was established in 1991 by Paul de Pledge and Andrew Fowler. In September 2009 Fowler de Pledge underwent dynamic changes to become recognised as one the first LDP’s in the region. This is a new and exciting concept in legal practice development allowing multi-disciplines to be provided under one roof. FDP took advantage of its new status to extend its solid and trusted legal commercial base to include corporate finance and forensic accounting.
The firm now has four partners, being Paul de Pledge, Andrew Brewer, Peter Martin and Alan Mason together with Consultant Solicitor Andrew Fowler and PA’s Karen Greaves and Faye Smith.
The main area of work is Company/Commercial/Business Law. Paul de Pledge and Andrew Brewer head up this field. Between them, they provide Company and Commercial legal services, Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance advice, Commercial litigation, including contractual disputes and Employment Law.
Peter Martin, Chartered Accountant, brings to FDP his wealth of experience in corporate finance and business strategy developing and strengthening FDP’s commercial services to encompass both the legal and financial spheres.
Alan Mason is a highly experienced commercial lawyer with particular specialism in the law relating to outdoor markets.
Andrew Fowler is one of East Anglia’s most experienced Personal Injury Lawyers. Andrew has an enviable reputation that led to the firm being featured in the Legal 500. He offers “no win no fee” agreements in appropriate cases. Andrew also undertakes other litigation and has a particular specialism in legal problems regarding mobile homes.
