About Fowler de Pledge

Fowler de Pledge (FdP) was established in 1991 by Paul de Pledge and Andrew Fowler.

It is now an ABS (Alternative Business Structure) with four partners Paul de Pledge (Solicitor), Andrew Brewer (Solicitor), Peter Martin (Chartered Accountant) and Deryn Coe (Solicitor).

We have one Consultant Solicitor, Andrew Fowler, and are all ably assisted by Associate Legal Executive Karen Greaves and PA Gina Ball.

Fowler de Pledge offers expertise in Company/Commercial/Business Law/Private Client matters, Forensic Accounting, Corporate Finance and Taxation.

Paul de Pledge and Andrew Brewer between them provide Company and Commercial legal services. Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance advice. Commercial litigation, including contractual disputes and Employment Law.

Peter Martin brings to FdP his wealth of experience in corporate finance and business strategy developing and strengthening FdP’s commercial services to encompass both the legal and financial spheres.

Deryn Coe specialises and is very experienced in Private Client matters including LPAs, Wills and Probate.

Andrew Fowler is one of East Anglia’s most experienced Personal Injury Lawyers. Andrew has an enviable reputation that led to the firm being featured in the Legal 500. Andrew also has a particular specialism in legal problems regarding mobile homes.

Paul, Deryn and Karen together conduct bespoke residential conveyancing.


As well as offering legal advice in a variety or areas of the law and corporate financial services to businesses, Fowler de Pledge also has links with other organisations.

We are long-term members of EAK (Europäische Anwaltskooperation). EAK is a pan-European network of law firms predominantly centred in Germany, but with contacts in many countries, offering a reciprocal arrangement in providing legal advice on English Law to partners abroad.

EAK therefore gives Fowler de Pledge a European presence and our partners can provide required legal services in the countries:-
